This was my favorite dinner growing up. Its a terse and easy artifice to reach picky kids to eat green beans, because of the sweet sauce. Its serious served more than rice, or alone.

The ingredient of Green Bean Okazu

  1. 1 pound auditorium showground beef
  2. 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  3. 1 cup water
  4. u00bc cup white sugar
  5. u00bc cup soy sauce

The instruction how to make Green Bean Okazu

  1. In a large skillet higher than medium heat, cook the pitch beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat.
  2. protest in green beans and about 1 cup water. Cover, and cook until beans are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Season subsequent to sugar and soy sauce, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
